  • Check the box to agree to the terms and conditions displayed on the page
  • Check the "I'm not a robot" box and click on the next button
  • Conduct a search by parcel number/business account ID or street address
  • Click on the search button and scroll down to view the property information
  • A list of property records will be displayed beneath the search area if the search is by a property address. However, a search by parcel number displays the specific desired record

After conducting the search, the property owner's name will be displayed at no cost. Alternatively, individuals can visit record custodians in Baltimore County to request property owner information. Upon reaching the office, provide the property address to the staff and ask to view property records. Most record offices do not charge a fee for property records inspection, but copies of property records come at a cost.

Baltimore County Property Tax Lookup

Individuals can obtain property tax information online or in person at the Office of Budget andFinance. Online requests can be made via the Real and Personal Property Tax Search Portal.
