Under The Daniel Anderl Judicial Security and Privacy Act and relevant federal and state laws, if you, as a Covered Person—including, inter alia, current, former, or retired judges, prosecutors, law enforcement members, and their immediate family members living in the same household want your details removed from our site, please contact us at privacy@staterecords.org. Include your complete name, residence, and email address, as well as your status as a covered person, when reaching out. Ensure your email's subject line reads: "Attention Covered Person Removal Request". Your information will solely be used to process your privacy request efficiently.
